I always get ready whilst DD eats breakfast so I fewl guilty/ put CBeebies on. Then she doesn't eat just stares at the screen = more guilt.

So I think: I need to sit with her, obviously.well, so no she has audience there is milk spitting back un to the ball, finger dipping in my coffee and laughing like a horse. Whilst I'm still not dressed and ready to leave. How do you get ready in the morning and interact with tour children?

drink there are many days when I am getting ready and the Twits have to fend for themselves in the morning, with me shouting down the occasional order reminder of what they should be doing.

Morning Wenches. Glad that the Athos panic is over. Phew. The thread may have combusted what with OC not being around and then Athos too!

The little Princes mostly get themselves ready whilst I shout for them to hurry up etc. the littlest prince follows me around begging to get dressed.

In the DH stakes I have a good one this morning, he woke up and said he would take DC to school. I am almost face him a blow job there and then but thought I take them all the time and get nothing for my trouble.

Anyway he is in good books.

My bedroom looks like a launderette so my one task today is to get all clothes into a wardrobe and clean and dry.

I know Comtess. So effing far.

The thing is, as of 2 weeks he needs a new contract anyway so I've told him to get that CV in the post pronto. And to actually get himself ON their team. And with me on board I could tell them EXACTLY what needs to go on their webpage. But it would involve me and a couple of my assistants to go out to Prague to interview them/arrange photoshoots.

I'm liking this plan more & more.

Mornings here are chaos, with me mainly bellowing up the stairs like a fishwife, we make it out of the door on time, but only by the skin of our teeth - DD's school being virtually next door helps, as does working from home, as it means I really only have to pull jeans on over yesterday's knickers and wave from the gate

Day of reckoning with DH this afternoon, will be pacing around and obsessively clicking on musketeers links all morning (should do some college work really but...pfft)

Morning wenches. I hate being rushed in the mornings so get up ridiculously early so I'm sorted before the dcs are up. Doesn't stop daily 'we're late!' shouts up the stairs though.

Mornings here are spent trying to get dd to eat herfeckinbreakfast! That girl would take an hour AN HOUR to eat two slices of toast, given half a chance.
Weekend day, she would inhale it within seconds. Oh the injustice!
I have been known to make every threat under the sun and have often shoved her out the door clutching it. This happens whether up 1 or 3 hours before school.

Drink - don't over worry about these things. Bit of ceebeebies in the morning is nothing! We can't all fit in stimulating/educational conversation over the breakfast table. You're a busy mum. You do your best. She will learn stuff from it, honestly.

I agree with cbeebies. Currently convinced I have a three year old palaeontologist on my hands. He honestly wouldn't know what a triceratops was if it wasn't for Andy.

DS1 and DS2 being picked up by my mum and going for a sleepover so hoping to get everything done, chill out with the little one and get him to bed early. Nice long bath tonight and sort out all my revision ready for starting once Aramis has left after our lengthy adieus over Sunday/Monday.

I was actually posting from bed Madame Dcs at their dads so I get a sneaky lie in. I am now up and clearly avoiding doing any work.
