AIBU or is this chap a bit dim? Bought a grey parrot two years ago. They need a lot of love and attention. He's now starting a college course so is reluctantly giving the bird up. Apparently when he bought it he had just split with his partner and mother of his child and had every intention of spending time with the bird and didn't realise he'd be starting a college course.
Or a job, obviously, at any point. How the hell does he support his child? What did he think he'd be doing with the rest of his life? These birds live for decades.
I'm having to sit in and wait for the electric man and am watching daytime shit.
