And how in the first season, she was portrayed as this tough matriarch who was sent into the finally fix the Danielle situation, after it looked like stupid Ashley/Ashlee () might go to jail for pulling her hair out. But that final show down was a bit of a damp squib really. Though Caroline did say Danielle was trash to her face!

At 20 I paid for my own ticket to the US and paid my way once there. They go to uni at 18, and drive at 15/16. I think she's a brat.

I think Caroline is matriarch of her own family. Her children are great but the lads are mean to Lauren about her weight.

I think the Manzo's like to spectate and laugh at people they call friends, they don't come across as very nice people at all. I feel sorry for Lauren and Ashely, they seem very similar to me, the difference is Caroline puts Ashley down to make Lauren look better.

I feel sorry for Teresa, she hasn't the ability to articulate what is bothering her very well, and can be quite rude at times as well as not meaning to be rude so it is not easy to know when she is being rude or not. Teresa and Joe have discussions and he shares the discussions and she doesn't with third parties.

I wonder why Caroline's sister Dina told Teresa that Caroline wants to take Teresa down?

Teresa shares discussions with third parties (Kim D in this episode). She only wants to share info with people that she feels she can control. She also is selling stories left and right with photo shoots. She is bringing things into a public forum and then gets annoyed when people ask her about it.

I think the Manzos have a wicked and bitchy sense of humour. Lauren's line about Teresa writing a book about her sil and calling it 'Jealous Italian' was really funny.

I don't see similarities between Ashlee and Lauren. I have no idea what Lauren does for work. Although she was clearly upset today about her weight, she seems responsible. Never seen Ashlee make dinner for the family.

What's up with her hairline? Ill be sure to look out for it this evening

It looks like Teresa only has Cathy, who is trying to sit on the fence at the same time.

Lauren is supposed to be a make up artist and seems to do bits and bobs for fashion shows and the like. I thought it said in the the last episode that her grand launch in the salon lasted a day. This is the same launch that Ashlee got slated for failing to do the tee shirts for. I'm not sure what her full time job is.

Joe is horrible horrible horrible. He is so bitchy.

I gather that Teresa's parents are the same, they went long periods of time not speaking to siblings.

My observations as that Teresa and Joe let the seeds of others get in their heads, they are poor communicators and they allow others to be disrespectful to their family.

I think those that were jealous or felt put down by Joe and Teresa doing well previously are enjoying it all fall apart for them now.

Instead of bitching his Sister, her Brother should not be kicking her when she is down.

I looked at Teresa's hair line, is it very low?

Teresa's hairline is almost at her eyebrows. Kim Kardashian was the same but had laser treatment.

I don't think brother Joe is to blame. I can't see that Joe and Teresa had anything better than Joe and Melissa. I don't think anyone is lording over Teresa. They would have reason to, she is attacking everyone.

We are way behind the US. we are watching s4 and s5 has already wrapped.

I did think that was really odd, the personal trainer having a sneaky drink then saying she was reapplying the lipstick. She knows the camera can see her taking the drink, so what is that all about? a kind of joke thing? weird.

They do like their wine on that show, they have great big glasses. I assume that is to say I only had one glass of wine? They neglect to say the glass of wine holds half a bottle.

She needs a medal the size of a bin lid!
