Finally patience has paid off and MN is back up I have got off my backside and it is time for a new thread.

Now all we need are some patients, with WTF problems so we can enjoy the madness that is Doctors. A bit of detective work, home visits galore and a touch of marriage counselling thrown in and we will be truly happy.

Mrs T has elbowed Gobby out of the way and reminded her that hotpants are not suitable attire for rrrrrrrreception and Doc-tah Cah-tah will be talking to her later.

Can anyone tell me why Howard is called TBFE, please ?

And also, why is FOD called FOD and why are the Gobbys the Gobbys please ?

Walt- he's The Bloke From Emmerdale hence TBFE.

FOD- has a very large forehead- Forehead of Doom, and the Gobby's well, Karen is very loud and gobby, and plod is her husband, so GobbyPlod aka 'The only plod in the village'

The Bloke From Emmerdale, of cause I should have realised. Gobby really suits her name. But I've never noticed FOD as having an usually large forehead. But then again, I'm not known for my skills of observation. Thanks everyone. I feel very at home on this thread.
