So, here we are, all ready for the Final. Thread number 9 - we certainly know how to chat!

Without you it wouldn't have been half as much fun!

It has been quite a journey. We've learned things we never wanted to know, seen things we never wanted to see. We will never look at PVC the same way again.

DH now thinks I'm psychic for correctly predicting tonight's result. It was obvious that Jim was going to win, not that I'm going to agree that he should have. I just don't find him funny but people must.

Vote to evict would definitely change the result - I think all the crap winners have been since they introduced vote to save.

But Dinky he was up for eviction with the most nominations each time, so they cant have liked him THAT much

do they still vote to evict in the normal BB - ie is it just the celleb one that it's vote to save?

The housemates didn't like him - they all nominated him every time!

Spanish Don't you think that was due to Linda's influence though? Once she was gone the younger ones all grew to like him

I can't believe it is all coming to an end.

I think he was an easy target to nominate. He went to bed early. He was the Dad "spoiling" the young ones fun. he and Linda were arguing all the time. They probably also thought he wouldn't mind being nominated.

They grew to appreciate him though

Think it's always vote to save now as it means they can get more votes (as you generally need to vote for more than 1 person) & also means you can put housemates back into the house without people complaining about having wasted their money.

I think they all just realised that the public apparently liked him so it was safer to be his friend.

Yes onedev I agree and I do think you get a different result with vote to save rather than vote to evict. Although maybe vote to save is less volatile; if someone has one bad week they can be out on vote to evict whereas vote to save is maybe more on longer term impressions
