areyou - yes, that's it exactly. I think it's that so many of them are not just unlikable, but really quite nasty! Then, to top it all, they are set up to be even nastier. And I'm glued to it. Even with Jade and her racist comments, you could feel some empathy for her awful life, and her jealousy. Here, I don't feel any empathy at all, and I still can't tear myself away .
