No idea but I was about to ask the same thing.

Apparently Feb 25th for the originals and sometime in Feb ?date for TVD :)

They are back on in USA they are online think 3 episodes post break.

Shouldn't be long as they are already back in in America and have been for a couple of weeks.

Am looking forward to both!
