Channel 5 have cancelled The Walking Dead!

Channel 5 can't cancel TWD, they don't make it. They might decide not to show it, but it will be aired somewhere else.

They have cancelled the broadcasting of the American made TV show. Is that better?

Noooo! We don't get sky so always have to wait for it to come on channel 5.

I bloody hope it's shown elsewhere. It's a pain in the arse having to keep downloading it.

they never even advertised it. they dont deserve it.

Oh no! We're a none sky household too and watched it on Channel 5. Fingers crossed netflix picks it up.

Perhaps Channel 4 might want it?

We dont do sky either. We have got a Raspberry Pi computer thingy that attaches to the tele and downloads stuff that's been uploaded to the internet, but it's a bit patchy.

Channel 5 have form for doing this. They recently decided to stop showing 'Once Upon a Time' as well, which is also very successful in the US.

Considering the amount of money they must have spent on the initial acquisition, I can't understand why they keep doing this? Why bother to get the shows in the first place, if you are just going to piss off your viewers a year or two later?

Never mind, if you don't have Sky I am sure you can see it By Other Means .

Oh the download thing isn't illegal. The show has already aired and been uploaded to the Internet. You just have to find it. The Pi thing lets you access tv channels. It's all above board. Just fiddly.

I bloody hate it when I actually get into a tv show and it gets bloody cancelled. Still I could always wait a bit longer and buy the DVD.
