Best story for ages. Some great shots of Glen Clova and Nicky didn't try to screw any of the suspects. A proper whodunnit even if they should all give up being pathologists and enter the police as mortuary work obviously bores them.

I want to know where she got that gorgeous fairisle jersey in last night's episode!

yegodsandlittlefishes · 18/01/2014 09:43

oh great, some thing to look forward to watching. :)

Sleepyhoglet · 18/01/2014 17:50

Didng watch properly but will give it a go

nennypops · 19/01/2014 12:43

I did wonder how the father was going to keep his promise to be a proper father to the son, given that he was likely to be spending a lot of time in prison as well - and they wouldn't put them in the same prison, not least because it would be harmful to the son to have it publicised that he father was an ex cop.

nennypops · 19/01/2014 12:43

the father, not he father.

diddl · 19/01/2014 12:56

Bit stereotypical though.

Close knit community, thuggish cops...

anonacfr · 19/01/2014 15:22

I have the star scarf she was wearing!

I've really liked this series so far. It's been more investigative than dark, some of the past few years had been really depressing.
It's nice to get back to proper whodunnits and I like the team dynamic- the new boss has been relatively good so far considering he's replacing Leo (RIP Sad).

I was concerned about Caitlin's little girl though. I hope she had other relatives.

Oh and the guy in the hotel was vile I'm glad Jack beat him up.

In fact I thought Jack was great throughout the case.

Tiredemma · 19/01/2014 15:26

I love Jack.

anonacfr · 19/01/2014 17:03

I do more and more. He's a great replacement to Harry. He was a bit too cocky when he started but he's now developed into a great character.

Zhx3 · 19/01/2014 21:45

Call me a wuss, but I thought this week's episode was terrifying, I spent most of it hiding behind a cushion Blush.

I think the new team works well, even though I miss Harry (especially Harry!) and Leo. Clarissa went to my school.

Valiant1 · 19/01/2014 22:01

I love this programme and dd2, 8 watched an older one of these and wants to be a Dr, has done for a while now wants to be a forensic scientists, think I created a monster, found her looking the older ones up on demand, this weeks she won't be watching Sad she fallen out with me and hasn't spoke to me today

IamMummyhearmeROAR · 19/01/2014 22:04

I live in "Kirkhaven"

anonacfr · 19/01/2014 23:48

Where is 'Kirkhaven'? And what's Clarissa like? She's a fab character.

Zhx3 · 20/01/2014 11:25

Don't know Clarissa personally, she was in a different year to me!

I like Nicky, I think on a previous thread, she was referred to as flaky, and I don't think that at all! She's clever and professional - at least an equal to the Harrys and Jacks of the world. She does have some terrible taste in men though (she should have got together with Harry)!

IamMummyhearmeROAR · 20/01/2014 13:49

Kirkhaven scenes were mostly Dundee, most noticeably on the Tay Bridge

topknob · 20/01/2014 13:52

I watched both last night, I was proper scared at times especially when Jack was in the forest on his own and he heard something !

Northumberlandlass · 20/01/2014 13:54

I love Jack.

I have issues with the continuity of Nikki's hairstyle the first episode was the worst...BUT, I'm happy it's back and last weeks episode was great.

(I realise I sound picky about the hair) Grin

Keek · 13/04/2014 23:07

I loved this scarf!! Where was it from please? Thanks

Ronmione · 14/04/2014 17:40
