And one more post in defence of Luisa- she backs down and apologises once she's calmed down. She explains herself reasonably, hugs, and all is forgotten. No grudges held. That's a nice trait I think. Many people hold a grudge and would just stay angry forever.

The only person Luisa holds her grudge with is Jim, and I'm bloody glad she is!! She seems to be the only one at the moment who highlights what a sexist bully he always is.
