Been watching this show with avid interest. Given that this one is run by child pyschologists, I think it is interesting to see how many of the techniques are not a million miles away from old SuperNanny.
Once again it really drives home to me how children are affected by both nature & nurture. Not all of the children of the parents are difficult, which goes to show that nature has alot to do with it. But amazing to see that how by changing parental behaviour towards the difficult children, you can get the children to change their behaviour too.
Having been through all of this with my own DS (not the horrific swearing in my case!), I find it fascinating to watch others do the same.
