Just mentioned to DH that she is painfully thin.

I think that's shockingly thin I can't think of another character on tv that painfully thin.

She could have a medical condition that has caused her to lose weight but anorexia is a possibility

She's been that thin for ages. She looks healthy. I was very thin during all my teens.
Not everybody that thin is anorexic.
