...But I miss it and want to start watching again! can anyone tell me what I need to know or point me to a crib sheet somewhere?

I love it on Christmas Day, and want my misery back!

I haven't watched it seriously for 2+ years but from time to time I dip back in.

I watched last Christmas Day when Derek died and Kirsty rolled up, but I'm Confused what's going on now.

Soooo, what's the Big-Shit-Hits-the-Fan storyline that's bubbling under the surface ready to implode.

(I know Danny Dyer is taking over the Vic on Christmas Day)

That's about all I know too, and I think Carol is going out with Massood?

Sinister that was brilliantly put! The 'big' story line for Christmas seems to be Kat and Alfie getting booted out of the Vic and Danny Dyer rocking up. His family have secrets...

Oh and Carol's found a lump and will be tested for cancer soon,

I went cold turkey on both East Enders and Coronation Street when I realised that they were taking over.

I was mainlining. Repeats and recorded programmes weren't enough. I preferred to stay in and watch rather than socialise with friends and family.

I'm not saying it was easy. You overhear stuff at work. You see trailers, especially at Christmas.

But I'm proud to say that I've been clean for 5 years now.

Hang on in there girl. Don't go thinking you can handle a little bit of Eastenders but that you can stay in control.

It just doesn't work that way.
