Does anyone know what has happened to it? It was utterly dire (IMO) but my 3 year old adores it, and it was his treat before dinner. He is bereft.

I read they had made 60 (!) episodes, but I think they have shown only a dozen or so.

Off to buy the original books from Amazon.

Oh, exactly the same in my house, only it's my one year old, and it's his post-dinner treat. I was a bit cheesed off they were broadcasting the same eight or ten episodes more than once anyway, if they did make 60, and then they took a week off! Fortunately I recorded some, but DS is a bit tired of the guinea pigs and the bad smell.

But I believe it comes back on today.

There's actually quite a cute behind the scenes piece on the CeeBeebies web page, showing how the actors who play the twins (who are both seven in real life) have to wear fake front teeth to cover up the fact they are losing their milk teeth, given they are playing 4/5 year olds...

They showed the first 15 then have started repeating them. Unfortunately my TiVo box has deleted episode 1 not yet told 3 year old DD.

I've no idea when they are showing episodes 16-30 but I hope it's soon to give me a bit more variety also hope they get on with moving house
