Just watching Graham Norton..... is Jamie Oliver huge or are 'Zoolander' and Hobbit man particularly tiny?

I was just thinking the same! I didn't recognise him with his strange brown hair and his face looks huge.

His body's no bigger but his face has ballooned. Like very localised water-retention or summat. Bizarre.

I do love Martin Freeman.

BitOfFunWithSanta · 13/12/2013 22:53

I started a thread too!

Ben Stiller is definitely freakishly short.

DRivingHOLMESforChristmas · 13/12/2013 22:55

Yes he is fatter and Ben Stiller looks better and better every time i see him!

BitOfFunWithSanta · 13/12/2013 22:55

Have just googled- Stiller and Freeman are both only 5'6".

parques · 13/12/2013 22:56

Jamie is 5'10".

Sparklingbrook · 13/12/2013 23:06

Has he dyed his hair?

beachyhead · 13/12/2013 23:07

He's certainly dyed his hair.... Hideous

DoingItForMyself · 13/12/2013 23:09

It's because he's lost the sideys, they frame his face. He looks weird because he's so tidy, hair all smooth and a smart jacket on, he looks much better a bit casual.

Making jibes about his weight is a bit off though.

MajesticWhine · 13/12/2013 23:10

He does look big.
Not sure whats going on with the hair. Possibly a lot of product in the hair so looks darker?

southeastastra · 13/12/2013 23:12

Mabelene · 13/12/2013 23:23

I went to school with Martin Freeman's brother, only realised about a year ago as the family moved before Martin started at the school - there was also an older brother, who was very tall!

southeastastra · 13/12/2013 23:24

fat Grin

lookoveryourshouldernow · 14/12/2013 00:39

... I prefer to call it horizontally challenged - but if you are like me you are both vertically and horizontally challenged - and a weeble would be a more appropriate description...

..on a more serious note if there is anyone around that could help me with which 802.11 data communication protocol I should be using on my router that would be good - I am having problems with trying to get my wireless network broadcasting correctly and having problems. I have set my router to - 300 Mbps at 2.4GHz - which I assumed was the default but I am wondering whether it would be better to choose - 145Mbps at 2.4 GHz as I run other G rated network wireless plugs in the house. Have spent all day reading stuff on the internet and to be quite honest I have a f clue what they are on about

As you were..... yeh Jamie .... thankfully he will only need one scarf this winter - I shall probably need at least three for all my chins...

Ellenora5 · 14/12/2013 02:55

I thought he looked quite well, much more grown up than he used to look, he probably has put on a few pounds but he is older and that happens. He was very young when he started out so the years will have changed him, I thought he was very dignified about Gordan Ramsay and saying nothing really, I wouldn't imagine GR would be as generous

arfishy · 14/12/2013 04:59

lookoveryourshouldernow That's completely random and I've never seen a question like it on mumsnet! Stick with 300Mbps, that's the transmission speed. It sounds more like you need to change the channel its broadcasting on if you are experiencing a conflict with other wireless devices. Often they are all set to channel 6 by default. There is some overlap with frequencies so if you set yours to 5 you may still get interference - set it to 1 and see how you go.

Apologies for the thread hijack, I just couldn't resist. I've had to google Jamie Oliver and my word he's done something Travolta-esque to his head hasn't he?

RudolphLovesoftplay · 14/12/2013 05:13
