Anyone else ridiculously excited that ER is being repeated on Pick, or do you all have the box sets?

cause I haven't got the DVDs but managed to set it to record, and so have an hour a day of ER to watch each and every evening. [Happy sigh] All is right with the world! I'm loving it - and am cherishing every moment of Dr Mark Greene at the moment, cause I know he's going to die so beautifully in about four series time! [sob]

and that is why I have not started watching again. I can't bear the pain to come.
I am so tempted though.

It's currently on series 7 & he's just found out :(

I'm recording it on Sky Alantic. I'm on Season 5 at the moment with Carter and Lucy bits. Benton had just found out Rhys is hearing impaired and is being a dick.

longtallsally2 · 01/12/2013 07:36

22 episodes Captain! Yeah! But 15 seasons to come? . . . Gosh that could be dangerous! That's a lot of telly, and a lot of emotion to come!

ER is so amazing!

I love that sky Atlantic seem to show it on a loop so as soon as its finished they start it all over again! They also have omnibus on the weekend.

If only I had the time to watch it now! Going to wait for the next loop!

I bought series 1-6 for about 2 euro each in a charity shop a while back, we are currently on series 4 - great stuff. Corday is new, love her and Romano has just arrived - he still has all his limbs yet. Don't know what we're going to do once we finish 6, will probably have to buy them.

curlyclaz13 · 02/12/2013 23:26

The only thing I wanted to watch when I started maternity leave and everyone said get netflux/box sets was ER 6 months in and it's on ! I love it, my favourite tv programme ever. It doesn't seem dated either which most series do.

sparklysilversequins · 02/12/2013 23:30

I love it but I have never yet been able to bring myself to watch the episode where Pratt.......... See I can't even bring myself to type it.

When Mark died I cried buckets and honestly felt sad for about a week. I didn't watch for a while after that Sad. Too sad.

ems1910 · 02/12/2013 23:32

I have got my OH into it, he normally hates hospital drama as he works in that area but he loves it! Currently waiting on season 6 arriving from Lovefilm and can't wait.

But knowing what is coming in series 6 and obviously series 8 is too much to bear :'( I also find Mark's dad's storyline harrowing as it is very close to home for me!

MadameJosephine · 10/12/2013 22:50

I'm on seas

MadameJosephine · 10/12/2013 22:52

Oops

I'm on season 7 of my box set, DP has never seen them before so he's getting it all first time so I'm very jealous because I can't bear the waiting for mark to die. Just watched the episode where Elizabeth and mark get married aawwww

foofooyeah · 14/12/2013 20:38

I'm watching it. On Sky Atlantic, on series 7. Loved it all again. Had missed a few episodes first time round so some nice surprises. Particularly enjoying Romano and his incredible rudeness.

JaneEyreTheRedNosedReindeer · 15/12/2013 19:49

I usually watch it on Sky Atlantic as well. My favourite bit of all is when Doug and Carol are reunited!
