Can anyone tell me what happened to the Chinese girl that they rescued?

They took her back to the motel, but the evil police dude turned up (can't remember his name, the shame) and discovered her hiding there, chased her off into the woods and presumably killed her.

Haven't seen this weeks episode yet. Am intrigued by the weird man with the longstanding arrangement in room 9...

It was a bit 'blink and you miss it'. I think they glossed over it with all the drama that followed in the house
