Yeah Im watching, have watched the last two as well. Mental ill health is so misunderstood, so underfunded, its very sad. Im an adult trained nurse and I take my hats off to my colleagues in mental health.

I agree, it must be so hard to cope as a MH worker. I am surprised to see they are lone workers too.
