This is a thread for all fans of the daytime soap 'Doctors', BBC1, 1.45pm.

It's getting colder. Patients tend to spread the love and STDs in this season of goodwill. The Mill and Campus are over run with patients Shock. Everyone needs to pick up the pace...

I hadn't thought of that but you're right was odd having another plod arresting the cannabis lady.

I assume that something will triggers Karens memory and all will return to normal soon?

We had a relaxed day too, not sure where it went and I'm babysitting again tonight :(

Sparklingbrook · 23/11/2013 19:20

I wondered if she would have another bump on the head? Then all back to normal?

SacreBlue · 23/11/2013 19:27

I really want her to do flashbacks to meeting Gobby Plod at the copshop then run after his retreating figure (walking away from her to let lead her new 18yr old life) and give him a big pash with the screen fading into a big heart shape focus of their reunion kiss.

curlyclaz13 · 23/11/2013 19:34

Quiet day sacre ? Grin.
We had 'fun' having a venture photo shoot so can't wait for the sales spiel in a couple of weeks when they try to flog us pictures we can't afford and don't really want

cinnamongreyhound · 23/11/2013 20:07

I like your scenario SacreBlue Grin

MsNobodyAgain · 23/11/2013 20:35

Awwww *SacreBlue"

curlyclaz when you mentioned the Venture photo shoot the other day I thought "uh oh, does she know about them?", but you obviously do so that's ok. Grin

Today is the first year I will be buying my boys school pictures. They have a new photographer and he has done really well in getting DS2 to smile instead of the usual forced weird grimace he does for every picture.

DS1's picture was great as well. I've only ordered one 5x7 photo of each and that's £9. I refused to buy DDs pic, different school, mega rip off prices and second rate picture.

I know they will sell sell sell but smp = no money for photos. It was bought by my sis from her friend who has just started working there and needed to meet her targets so I felt we had to go. I would like to say it was fun but it wasn't and ds needed a feed halfway through which meant we lost a fair bit of time, not sure the photographer knew what to do when I whipped my boob out [grin ] OH made a valiant attempt at small talk with him though.

SacreBlue · 24/11/2013 14:18

Grin I'm working thru next weekend so I shall be returning to real life from tomorrow, not constructing wtf scenarios for the Gobbies.

Would love to have seen your photographers face curly

The venture photographer we got had a preference for 80's type soft focus ladies in pearls but I managed to get a nice one (free as per offer) of the boy & I.

My house is tipping it down with paintings though :)

MsNobodyAgain · 24/11/2013 20:33

My doctors has just introduced an online system so I registered today. I have been able to order my repeat prescription and had a good nosey at what appointments are free over the next few weeks - I don't need one, was just passing time.

However, there didn't appear to be the following options:

  • book a home visit
  • have your mystery solved
  • get immediate transfer and bedside vigil at hospital.
Sad

They still have a lot to learn from the Mill.

curlyclaz13 · 24/11/2013 21:27

Well MsNo I think it is about time you changed practices, just pop in tomorrow and you'll have your first home visit by the time doctors is over, they'll probably make lunch for you while they're there if you're lucky. Grin

Raahh · 24/11/2013 21:42

Our online system is pants too. Sad

And I can never remember my passwordGrin

I can't remember the last time I was offered a home visit....

I want to move to Letherbridge

cinnamongreyhound · 24/11/2013 23:11

I never visit the dr apart from pregnancy and smear tests. My ds's are pretty healthy too, ds1 had his adenoids removed last nov and that was the last contact I think either of them have had with a dr. I can't imagine our doing anything online! They drive me mad every time I have to take dh's repeat in.

Stupid dh has been an arse and is now snoring while I'm still upset and therefore awake :(

MsNobodyAgain · 24/11/2013 23:20

Roll him over off the bed Grin

OP posts:
HarrietJonesPrimeMinister · 25/11/2013 07:33

Like your style MsN have been known to roll dh out

Our GP v easy to get appt , babies get same day pretty much all the time unless you want a specific Dr ( but there's only 3 anyway). My name & ds name usually mean they squeeze us in that day whatever and everyone gets 2 day wait max!

MsNobodyAgain · 25/11/2013 13:54

Sleazy man is going to blackmail 6tl.

Good.

OP posts:
cinnamongreyhound · 25/11/2013 13:57

:( he's horrible!

bellabelly · 25/11/2013 13:57

Oh this is ridiculous today.

cinnamongreyhound · 25/11/2013 13:57

Dh was very sorry this morning, thankfully as I wasn't going to talk to him until he says sorry Wink

MsNobodyAgain · 25/11/2013 13:59

She does seem to bump into a lot of people from her past but then again, don't they all.

OP posts:
bellabelly · 25/11/2013 14:00

Well, this is a lesson to us all to be a bit careful with our naked pics... Grin

MsNobodyAgain · 25/11/2013 14:00

Good cinnamon Smile

Ooooh, she's sending her blood in then? Shock

OP posts:
cinnamongreyhound · 25/11/2013 14:01

Loving that Gobby doesn't know what Viagra is Grin

cinnamongreyhound · 25/11/2013 14:03

Missed that 6tl used her blood was heating my soup!

MsNobodyAgain · 25/11/2013 14:04

She's no angel! Let's not forget that she has helped cover up Chris assisting her DH in his suicide.

OP posts:
cinnamongreyhound · 25/11/2013 14:10

It's true but I'd do that for my ds tbh!

She shouldn't have blimmin done it in the first place, never mind doing the right thing a few hours afterwards!

It's lovely that she trusts Jimmi, without knowing him at all, something must still be there.
