Did I hear right that it is the end of the series already on Sunday? Can only have been back 4 weeks or so? I assume there will be a Christmas episode?

Yes, I saw the interview on TV today. It has been a very short series.

I'm just getting into it! Shame. I guess it's so lavishly filmed that they can't afford to do more. Seems there are story lines just developing though - Edith and the bolted, Mary and her suitors, Anna and her attacker, the pigs etc etc

its a normal eight.episode run... it been on seven weeks. started in sept, and its now november!

Will Bates feed the Gillingham valet to the pigs?
