I suspected it might be

I rang up for tickets after being given a flyer at a show, but they never sent us any. I said on the phone that Matt Baker had more or less stated he'd be on it - he got off a horse during Blue Peter and said he'd be doing something challenging and horsey shortly - that was before the press launch. I read in the tabloids (available at my local Tesco) that loads of Z listers have been injured in the run-up. It's doooooomed...

It just doesn't work with showjumping (which I love, hence I thought I'd watch). It is soooo rubbish and Angus Deyton is presenting.

Is it me or are the celebrities all a bit 'dull'?
It's a bit too deadly serious and only Ruby Wax has made the effort to make it fun. I read in Horse and Hound that there are hopes that this will do the same for showjumping that the dancing on ice thing did for ice-skating ie get loads of people to take up the sport.

Well sorry, but going by this first programme it's not going to work is it? Shame though as with more lively personalities I think it could have worked better.

I think we're all used to seeing horses jump huge fences. Those diddy ones just look silly.

sorry guys but I think its fantastic....although I would have picked a few different celebrities (some I would not even have said were celebrities) I work within the equine industry and this has been great for it......and has also been great for getting people interested in it.

I think the "horse cam" is hysterical. Dp and I were in fits last night because so many of them nearly headbutted it when they went over the fences! Paul Nicholas is the funniest he looks like a puppet from that camera angle.
I only watch it for that I can't stand the presenters and the judges, its almost pantomime.
