I was watching, and noticed that he had really grey hair in one bit, and not such grey hair after that. Have I had too much wine?

Well I've had a bit of wine too...but still, wouldn't he be a good sofa-mate, fire blazing, tomatoes on the window-ledge, all well with the world?

No (am anxiously trying not to be controversial) but he has had massive problems with depression? So not sure all would be well with the world!

Nah. Agree Osman great but wobbly head not so good for hosting (face on) & too long (tall) for my sofa. Monty looked pretty positive tonight so I hope he's better.

I noticed Richard's wobbly head too but still prefer him over Monty Don.

Yes OP I agree. And he always wears warm cosy comfortable clothes. Very relaxing to watch - and I bet he could be very attentive 1 -1.

There are a lot of ladies over in Gardening who admire Monty. Some even went to see him live this week.

And, yes, Nigel is lovely too.
