I remember a corrie scene a while back in which Dev played guitar hero complete with rock star facial expressions. It was the funniest thing I've ever seen on corrie

insummeritrains That's exactly what I think about it too. Of course, he may be an absolutely brilliant actor playing it this way. Benefit of the doubt and all that.

But I do doubt it.

I suppose it's possible, oinktopus. The thing is, stumbling and all, I do tend to believe him and thought he was great with the Karl/sunita fire stuff. Whereas with fizz for example, I just don't think she is sincere, you can almost see her reading from the script!

insummeritrains Fizz is a strange one because she's exactly the same in real life (I live near the studios and so have met most of the cast at one point or another). You're right, though, she's not convincing.

The woman who plays Hayley is also very similar in real life, yet I never get the impression she's acting in Corrie. I wish they'd give Deirdre more humour because she's absolutely hysterical in real life.

The Platts, the lot of them, wish David would revert to type, bump them all off including himself.

Charity in Emmerdale, can't stand her smug face & constant carping.

Sonya in Neighbours is nearly as annoying as Kate.

Sophie Webster, Anna and Izzy in Corrie.

Don't watch any other soaps.

Definitely Kate in Neighbours and Sally Webster in Corrie. Both serve no purpose either.

Michelle Connor does nowt but huff and puff, roll her eyes and pull sneery expressions mimicking whoever pisses her off. Am guessing she's going to be the next Rovers landlady so hope she has a personality transplant.

I actually quite fancy David Platt. Thought he looked lovely last night.

I like Shane Richie but when they let him ad lib and he tries to be funny just sounds so fake and annoying.
Same with Kat when she does that stupid fake laugh.
The two of them together is like fingernails down a chalkboard.
But when they have serious, sad scripted scenes they are great.

Laurel in Emmerdale, she does nothing but whinge in her whiny voice,
Carla in Corrie for much the same reasons,
Nick in Corrie too, I've always hated his character, in all his reincarnations.

Probably a lone voice in this one, and not a character, but the drugs/gangsters storyline in River City is annoying me so much just now, we haven't seen any residents of Shieldinch for weeks now, only the 5 or 6 involved with the gangsters and it's seriously boring me!

I think Lucy in Eastenders must have gone to the same drama school as Keira Knightley - sticking her jaw out like that all the time.

Anna Go away and take your pointless family with
Michelle. Irritating beyond measure.

Anyone in Eastenders here too especially now I hear Danny Dyer joining. Almost switched to see the return of David but then the other characters all put me off the idea.

Can we add Downton Abbey as a soap because Mary is way too whiny.
