Who's the woman in the new Iceland advert?

It's the new advert where couple bump into each other in a doorway then meet up to go on a date. Michael Buble music whining in the background.

I know (think) I've seen here before in a show but can't place her and google didn't help.

Ok so still not having seen the ad. I watched it on their site and I'm sorry to say I don't recognise her at all. Sorry Mrs Lovebucket.

Hi, she looks like a girl that was on britains next top model years ago. Her name was Lucy and was better at the acting/advertising tasks than the photos... I guess she took it inboard!

I'm glad someone else is as sad as me for wanting to know this! At first I thought it was Danielle Hope from Over The Rainbow/Wizard of Oz but yep you're right it's definitely the girl from Britain's Next Top Model. Thanks, it was bugging me!
