I haven't watched it, so no help to you there. But I would be interested to as a couple I know are splitting. When and where was it on Egg?

I saw it and sobbed. My parents split up 40 years ago Shock and watching the grief of the children today brought it all back. I'm very happy my parents split but the wound never really goes.

I watched it. The teenagers seemed to be so open, sweet and insightful.

For reasons not clear to me, the parents less so Sad. Some were strangely emotionally removed, perhaps they had their reasons Confused Hmm

I watched it and thought it was very interesting. Reminded me of some of the anger I had about my parents when I was young. I was surprised how much they wanted their parents to be back together despite all the arguments. Also thought the very blond girl came across as very unhappy and a littl screwed up. I really felt for her.

I thought the teenagers (and one lad was older) were SO brave to do it, because it is opening your heart and talking about something extremely painful. It was obvious they had had to go through a difficult and often protracted grieving period. Me and dh haven't split up but my parents did when I was 3. I don't remember much about it, but did experience difficulties later which are too long winded to go into here.

An important programme.

Just about to watch. Will be hard as a child of divorce myself and a divorcee.
Really think the impact of divorce on children, especially where it leads to a child loosing contact, needs to be seen as a far bigger issue than it is. So many children slip through the net.
