Lauren has basically been given a free pass to the final by the producers this year. I think they're shit-scared of being criticised for putting someone so mentally fragile in the house.

I agree anne have said as much myself, I think she has been given a very sympathetic free ride to the final so the producers are not criticised for putting her in when she clearly isn't stable in more ways the one. Channel 4 would have no truck with her going in. She tried for years.

Vanessa Feltz did a radio show into the house, interviewing all the housemates and reading comments from viewers to them. She told them all horrible comments apart from Lauren, to whom she talked about the "waves of love" coming towards her from the public.

Charlotte didn't like the criticism, neither did Mario, who later told Vicky the public were "thick".
