Anyone else think this is mad?

Just use a reusable nappy service surely!

I was thinking it was quite a good idea for those who wouldn't use reusables but still care about not sending them to landfill.

However the dragons are siding with you :)

Yeah, I get their point, but if you are that Eco, you would use reusableables.

Not sure on the new dragons though.....

Mine go to an incinerator. No mucking about with re-usables, no landfill, no hoarding for recycling.

GlaikitFizzog · 18/08/2013 21:23

How do you arrange that chunky?

Ive heard of this - what on earth are they recycled into? Could be quite useful for nurseries I suppose?

Our council has just started offering a nappy recycling collection service free of charge, helps them meets their landfill targets I guess (although they didn't bother collecting mine the other day!) so if that becomes more widespread I suppose it will put those Dragons Denners out of business (since the council collection is free of charge).

My council has just stopped its nappy recycling scheme as it wasn't working, not sure why we use reusables.
