Is anyone else watching this? It's sweet car crash TV. I know I would have gone on this back in the day!

I totally don't understand the comments about grey haired bloke Ed!!! I thought he was really funny. His date was uptight from the first (watch the way she wouldn't say where she worked as if he was an idiot for asking).
I saw the desert island thing as him trying to work out what she didn't like about him, not that he was being weird or persistent. In fact I thought it was a quite nice way to continue to have conversation after she had said there was no spark. If she'd had any sense of humour she could have worked that. Most men would have got the hump (see previous episodes) got all defensive and been rude back to her.

I see it completely differently to you, revealed. I wouldn't say where I worked on TV. The way he pushed over the island thing, and said it was the worst insult was quite aggressive. He was so bloody negative as well, isn't it funny how different people interpret different things? I still think the journo was probably EA. And vile.

He was a right miserable bastard, very argumentative. If that's what he's like on a first date when trying to impress I hate to think how nasty he'd become once he relaxed into a relationship.
