Mansour Bharami is playing with Henri LeConte - last but one match on Court 2.

He's the older Iranian guy who does the most amazing tricks with the ball & it ios always really funny to watch - hope it's on the red button.

teejwood · 02/07/2013 11:15

good luck Seize!
Hope lipsticky sticks with us after today
OYBBK - when are the showers due to hit? If I can get enough work out of the way I might get a chance to catch some of the action, but it would be typical if I timed it with rain affecting play!

Chubfuddler · 02/07/2013 11:36

Seize you will be fine, you'd be surprised by the age range once you get on the course I think.

Hope these brief rain spells delay play until I get home and dispatch Dcs with the ex. There are compensations to a failed marriage. Not many but some. Uninterrupted tennis (3 nights a week anyway) is one of them.

siezethenight · 02/07/2013 12:37

Yesterday I watched the tennis a part time, self employed designer. Today I watch it as that but also a fully enrolled student of holistic treatments and sports massage - yippee! I will probably know all the tech terms when the trainers get called on next year to massage a thigh!
But enough of such nonsense, we have another tennis day to watch.... Rain, *badkitten' sacrebleu....

HappyAsEyeAm · 02/07/2013 13:18

Looks like we have a competitive match with Na Li/Radwanska

I have a bit of a soft spot for Radwanska. I was at ladies semi finals day last year, seated v close to the players box. Her mum was so emotional when she won. Twas v moving.

Raahh · 02/07/2013 13:20

well done sieze!

DD2 and I have spent the last few hours falling asleep-was a long night last night. She seems a lot perkier now, but I'm still wary if the dreaded CP- have stocked up on piriton.Grin

So,I'm watching Lipsticky. Really don't like Kanepi-the-Robson killer. Keeping an eye on Li Na- would like her to get through.

raahh my lot of -monsters-- children all had chicken pox but were never ill with it, ever. They've all had it twice. Back in the day we used to hear a child had cp and go over for a cp party! Make sure all the neighbourhood kids got it while young. I think this is frowned upon now?

Happier your dd is perkier. But still, I repeat yesterdays advice - its couch duty today, all day for both, you can never be too careful about rest you know Grin

Watching Lipsticky.

siezethenight · 02/07/2013 13:30

monsters

siezethenight · 02/07/2013 13:31

God damn dashes!

Raahh · 02/07/2013 13:34

sieze - I am definitely attempting to rest.Grin

DD1 was very young when she got them, ds about 5- don't remember them being ill . I think it's because the girls are so robust, I worry when they are poorly. Ds does a 'dying swan' impression at the slightest ache Grin

siezethenight · 02/07/2013 13:41

I think I forget what its like to have small ones ill. My lot are all taller than me and tend to whinge more than anything if feeling sick...

Yeah! Go Lipsticky!

NotAQueef · 02/07/2013 13:46

Sympathies raahh DS had chicken pox a couple of weeks ago - he broke out with it the day I was admitted to hospital so couldn't come and visit me Sad. he luckily had it fairly midly and most of the spots are very faint now. He was ill about 2 weeks before hand with temperature/cold. hope your DD perks up soon.
Not watching the tennis today fairweather fan

Any Andy Murray fans can ask him a question on twitter using #askAndy he will be picking the best and weirdest ones to answer according to @bbcsport.

Raahh · 02/07/2013 13:48

ooh- yay Lipsticky!

Li Na/Radwanska is a lot closer than this one.

Lipsticky is proving herself to be a pretty nifty player.

Raahh · 02/07/2013 13:52

Afternoon, nice to see you all. Well done on you enrolment seize - if you need any guinea pigs I offer up ds2, the world's worst hypochondriac. Any news on the flat? Raahh, how's your dd doing this afternoon? Now don't be jealous, but I have been tile shopping for the past four hours, lucky me eh? God, I never knew there were so many tile shops in the area, think dh must have been having an affair with the west berks tile buyer or something. Gah!

Anyway, watching Lisicki/Kanepi now. See that Andy is accepting tweets - can anyone more knowledgeable than me (ie, all of you) find a tweet address or whatever you call it for El Potato? And then tell me how to use it?!

FarleyD · 02/07/2013 14:11

Ooh, and re tweets, someone should ask Andy how his mum remains so impassive during his matches.

Raahh · 02/07/2013 14:13

oh...Lipsticky!

OP posts:
FarleyD · 02/07/2013 14:15

Raahh · 02/07/2013 14:15

Ooh Sue has trapped Djok in her studio!

NotAQueef · 02/07/2013 14:16

I might have tweeted 3 questions + a reply to some fool going on about "how can you play in our country when you are against us" what a pleb and I might also have asked if he could have a word to ensure I get tickets in the ballot next year

Raahh · 02/07/2013 14:16

Djoko!

His eyes are too close together...
