The woman earlier actually put her thumb up to the camera when the guy was saying something lame about how good it is. Put your thumb away woman it's not fecking Fun House. Shame cos the music's not bad for the first night which historically used to be awful

We're watching the live stream. Will probably switch to BBC2 when Lauren Laverne comes on later.

Bastille were awesome, The Vaccines good (but not as good as when I saw them live) and Foals have warmed up. Rita Ora was OK this afternoon. Bastille win today though I think.

Seasick Steve on bbc4 now is great
