Anyone watching the call centre?

I am going between bemused, disgusted and amazed- is nev horrendous or a genius?

I watched half of it and had to turn over!! It was odd, I didn't know what to make of him. First thought-Pillock, but then he was talking to the girl who had the break up, I thought-caring, but that thought did not last!!

I would not put up with things being thrown and, although a laugh in the office is essential, it was waaaaay too much.

I think I would have been horrified if I was his boss.
