I've had a horrible day and just came home from work and slumped into a chair in front of Simon Hopkinson Cooks. I feel as if I've had a lovely warm bath, a perfect G&T, a hot chocolate and a relaxing massage. He's brilliant - softly spoken, takes his time, explains it really carefully and loves his food. I recommend Smile

Yes I agree he's a real dose of therapy, just lovely.

Yes he's very easy to watch and listen to. No stupid gimmicks. I watched his series on BBC and I remember the episode where he made sticky toffee pudding with hot toffee sauce - it had about 45 million calories per serving but you could tell he didnt' give a rat's ass Grin He seems like a good egg.

I loved him and the show. Just proper, delicious food, as you say no gimmicks. I want to do the continental feast for our friends because it was special, but doable IYKWIM.
