Why not just shout to someone behind you to get the police/security.

They clearly ripped off that poor Indian students story from last year except he didn't have the happy ending :(

I thought that when I watched it. How likely is it that someone will wait meekly while you fetch the police? .

When that woman barged past Tess into her house I think I'd have nipped back out into the street and slammed the door, shutting her in the house rather than followed her in! It would at least give a chance to get help (Tess was holding her phone) as well as possibly having witnesses if the woman came back out and started something in the street. But no, it's casualty so we must never judge although I do, a lot of Casualty characters are just plain rude.
