The only one I can think of is The Baby bomb. But they had mostly already had their babies so doubt it was that.

Are you sure it was on tv? There was a radio show on yesterday morning on radio five with Colin Murray and Edith Bowman about expectant parents. Might you have been looking at the radio bit of iplayer and not the tv bit?
