If that's Kate Capshaw's (Willie Scott!) daughter then I know she's had 2 babies in close succession in recent years so it's highly likely she was pregnant during filming

When Arizona was "home recovering from the amputation" at the start of the season, she was really on maternity leave so that's fairly close together alright!
