BGT, did they miss a show???

I record BGT and then watch it later, and i am sure in last weeks show they had what appeared to be an accident and an ambulance was called i think it was gymnastics and a tower of people crumbled, thats what they implied.

I watched yesterdays one earlier and there was nothing like that on there, i am a tad confused??

Did anyone see thay happen and if yes can you point me in the right direction to viewing it?

Or at least let me know if everyone was alright?

I thought this as well! Maybe they decided not to air it in the end?

I was thinking that maybe the were showing another episode on a different day that i was missing but if others are also wondering where it may be that must mean they choose not to show it!!
