He IS lovely, but I can't see who else it could be, I loved the ending I think they regretted when he shot red John in the mall, and I'm sure they are now floundering.

The couple at the end were the rapist and his mother. The mother revealed that someone had cut out his tongue 9 years ago and it had never been found.

Yeah, why would someone's tongue remind you of your mother? And as Lisbon wouldn't know that before going round. Plus, can't he just write it down?
