Have you noticed the more Seasons a show has the less we get excited on here about it?

Boardwalk Empire for example. How we loved it at first. Last season I don't even think it got mentioned.

I hate to say it but, Game of Thrones? I used to love coming in from the night shift to get updates of what had gone on the previous episode. Mad Men is the other one. Is it because they have lost their sparkle do you think?

There are few shows that can maintain the momentum. Heroes is another obvious example.

The shows that I can think of off the top of my head that got better as they went on are Fringe and Justified.

Six Feet Under was consistantly good and got better until the mind-blowing finale, IMO

Am hoping The Good Wife will be like that...
