I was really looking forward to tonight's HIGNFY but can't stand his shoutyness!

I think the BBC had to very careful about Thatcher's death, hence a very loud presenter and Paul and Ian on their best behaviour.

I enjoyed it though!

I bloody love Brian Blessed....a real eccentric and a thoroughly nice bloke too.

Not watching HIGNFY though as DS is whizzing round at the mo....

Well I enjoyed this one. I thought Brian was great.

He is mad as a box of frogs but brrrrrrrrrrrrrrilliant!!

I quite like him I did laugh and Ive only just started on the wine.

Sorry, hated him. So over the top and stagey and predictable and just plain unfunny.

I love Brian Blessed. his shoutiness is part of his stage presence and how he presents himself I think in a similar way to a catch phrase.

I thought it was very funny.

I know somebody who is a penfriend of his. She loves him, and that's good enough for me.

The last time he was on HIGNFY it was possibly the funniest show I have ever watched ...

I thought tonight's was as good as the last time he was on.

Well I thought he was hysterical.

I imagine he worked his way up Gerrys list though

I enjoyed him 'offering out' Gerry Adams We had to rewind some of the bits to hear what the others were saying and it was bonkers, but I thought it was ok, not great. They should have had a more well-known personality than that comedian.

He is awesome on Peppa Pig.
