Now, we're in a bit of a dull spell. We need it bringing back to life. Charge the paddles, call 'clear' and mentally zap this soap back to life.

Did they say he wrote it( wasn't taking much notice ) He had a carer?

Lots of snow here. DD came running in at 6am wanting to go sledging / make a snowman / have a snowball fight there and then, all at the same time. It actually looks like it is melting now though.

I'm meant to be going out today but all I want to do is curl up under a duvet. Got the cold / cough virus that's going round, and my pelvic floor is not what it once was.

MsN I thought it was worth a punt. I often wonder if I would watch Doctors if it wasn't for this thread.

Very sleet-y here. My car was covered at 3am when dd2 woke me up, and dh got up for work- but fortunately it was raining by then, and melted by 7am. Was coming down again by 7.30 when we left for breakfast club.

One good thing(for me, anyway) - they dcs usually walk to the church for a service on the last day of term. Ds was playing steel pans/singing and I half promised to go. Due to 'adverse weather' it's been cancelled. . I just couldn't face trying to keep dd2 occupied in a packed hall today.

People are slagging off 'Doctors'??

I like the assumption that if you are housebound you have to watch Doctors.

That's how I started watching off sick when pg with dd3. Don't think I'd have carried on without the thread.

Doctors makes me realise that however bad I think things are, I will never be as miserable as 6tl. And it makes me grateful.

I think mr 6tl dictated the letter to Martha, hence the girly writing.

ooh- good spot, re the phonecall mad. Maybe he dialled with his nose? as i imagine Skippy the bush kangaroo would do,if he had mobile access

TBFE said someone gave him the keys so I assume they also helped give the message. That's why I assumed there was a carer.

Dh reckons Dr Ranj could join Drs as he only does one patient a day and fobs them off to the nurse who sorts them our

Nurse Morag does my head in. Actually, the whole programme does- with it's collection of hypochondriac puppets and perma- grinned presenter. Sadly, DD2 is quite fond of it.

I hate puppet programmes full stop. It upsets dh who loves the muppets.

Have I missed a bit?
