It's a beautiful film. I just bought Road to Perdition the next Sam Mendes film, and that was beautiful too, although a bit depressing.

It was a great role for Annette Benning, playing a woman of her own age, I mean not many real roles come along for women over 45 in Hollywood.

What happened to Thora Birch?

Thora acts in a lot of independent, artistic films. She was in 'Ghost World'. She was also in 'The Hole', though.
