For any fans of the weekday soap Doctors (1.45pm, BBC1), the thread title is often what we ask ourselves.

Sometimes it's a WTF episode , sometimes it's BAH (boring as hell). Occasionally we have a FTC (failure to care) moment.

I've decided Gordon reminds me of the Hooded claw in Penelope Pitstop-he has that look -vicar by day, stalking the underbelly of Letherbridge (the rough bit behind the Campus) by night.

Gobbyplod was the murderer, not Gordon Anne, I'm sure Mrs T will be safe. I don't remember him from Red Riding, but he does seem to pop up quite often in things.

I am keeping out of this discussion. I can't remember what I watched yesterday, never mind years ago.

Doctors is the only soap I watch these days but I used to watch emmer sale when I lived with my parents, and loved Howard in that and casualty too. Can't help but like him even though he's a bit of an idiot. Don't think I've seen Gordon anywhere before. Gobbyplod was good on celebrity masterchef

TBFE was hot in Emmerdale, he hasn't aged well though

He was gutted when he got knocked out though cinnamon. He showed his dark side. New Masterchef starts next week. Not celeb one though.

TBFE was fit in his younger days. Hubba hubba!

Every time TBFE appears it is like Carry on Howard.

This is Gordon's 5th character in Doctors. Next time he gets to stay and have an affair with the practice manager.

Horse - couldn't agree more re TBFE, was much better in Emmerdale. Didn't he end up with Kim Tate? She was a brilliant character. Haven't wqtched it for about 10 years (since it became The Dingle Show).

Don't think I will have time for Masterchef, just too many episodes, can't keep up and I don't like Gregg. The only one I watch now is the professionals because I love Michel and Monica.

I think he did Who - never got into Emmerdale really.

Just back form the Soap Awards link, thank you Anne. Unfortunately my mouse kept slipping onto Corrie characters, although I nearly spilt my tea when I saw Dev from Corrie nominated for best actor.

Sexiest Male: Rob (Corrie)
Villain of the Year: Kirsty (Corrie) - no competition. Surprise entry for Andrei of Doctors.
Best Actor: Tyrone (Corrie)
Best Actress: Mrs Tembe
Best Soap: Corrie (sorry).

Thanks everyone! We came home Saturday, I'm now walking (very) short distances crutch free but am covered in allergic reactions to various stuff and have a haematoma which apparently sounds worse than it is although it bloody hurts!

Catching up on Fridsys, skipped Thursdays. Love the gobby hollins comment from Al, he is really growing on me.

Glad you are home safely Ood, hope the allergies subside soon. I came home covered in rashes after having DD as the Doctors had ignore my plaster allergy and stuck my epidural canula in with enormous bits of plaster.
