If frankie and danny divorce won't she be entitled to 50% of everything danny has now or will it only apply to assets gained before they separated?

It'll apply to everything he has now! (Not that 50% is set in stone - there's no fixed rule for what percentage. Sorry - TMI. Was family lawyer in past life.)
