The brothers who run the company are driving me mad. Why bother getting advise from experts in marketing and shop fitting then ignore them Telling brand experts visual representation is important!!

OMG I know! People who go on these sorts of thing really get on my pip, they apply for the show no doubt get free help, consultations, shop fitting etc and then just disagree with everything the experts tell them. If they're such know it alls then their businesses would not be failing! Mary Queen of Shops often had a similar theme with the shop owners stropping at all the suggestions!

I like her dress - black with the white flowers. Liked her mum's outfit too.

Thought the shop looked a bit too done really at the end. I love those quaint shops with stuff you never thought you needed for £1. i loved that you walked under loads of curtains.

Think they could have combined the new look/logo/window (which were nice) with something a bit less "we've got more expensive because we look better". I'd have done posh washing lines across the shop all trendy and bohemian...
