They're looking at it in depth. Makes interesting viewing.

I'm not a fan of WW and have never followed their diets. Plus have never known anyone who keeps the weight off?

I was looking for a thread like this last night.

I was aware that some WW stuff has more calories than other stuff so have not bothered since I left years ago.

I also got peed off with seeing loads of pages full of food photo's in their diet magazine; not many of them to do with recipes but a lot to do with advertising their ready made shlop with loads of additives.

And another thing. When I returned on the odd occaision the volunteers collecting the money were always the same women; they must have attended for years and looked no different Hmm

It was shocking! E.g. A 400g of Hovis has 6 points per 100g and a 400g of WW bread has 7 points per 100g. But the latter is around 30p more expensive per 100g. Was the same with crisps and everything. The icecream had around 25 ingredients, Hagen dazs has around 5, all natural. Thank goodness we cook from scratch mainly and don't buy this crap. I use butter, lard, not using ghee to cook with. Plus am going to buy some coconut oil. We bake our own bread now too.

Tbh I think if you cut portion size, eat good food and exercise as much as you can, then you'll lose weight. Much better than all these convenience foods full of additives surely?
