I suppose staying with Granny will making parting easier. Two months living in a cramped bungalow makes saying goodbye much more of a relief.
And the outdoor lifestyle? You are taking the same children with you. They won't have personality transplants and suddenly become sporty if they weren't before... I've not enjoyed today's episode at all. Too much tutting for me.

Ooo I didn't realise that there was a thread on this programme. I love it, but think this family are generally bonkers.

If they think their children will 'sample more of the outdoor lifestyle' I think they are seriously wrong. They are clearly very attached to their computers and will probably spent most of their time on Skype chatting to their friends in the UK.
