they need to declutter their house in uk, change their lifestyle in uk then, amd forget about oz!

I'm slightly confused as to how they are going to get more quality time together in Australia - they will still both have to work, and if she's a nurse and he wants to re-train as a police officer they will still be working shifts! Surely a better solution would be for him to retrain to something more desk-based in the UK so he works regular hours?
