She lives next door to her Mum in Ireland and is still this much of a wreck?! Imagine what she's like alone in Perth.

Sparklingbrook · 02/02/2013 11:09

Well they went. Phew.

you know its blooming hard being/planning to be overseas at times. Feel for the poor woman, yes shes's a worrier, but it is a big deal. Not a few weeks in the sun being planned there!

MunchkinsMumof2 · 02/02/2013 14:40

Fair enough but she did come across as an emotional wreck from the outset.

Sparklingbrook · 02/02/2013 15:03

Plus she could have done some crying off camera maybe.

All I can say is I am quite glad they didn't revisit when she has got the homesickness. I don't weep on demand (Pixar movies excluded) but I was a wreck when it kicked in. And not for my mum or dad. For trees and flowers and non screechy birds.

Probably a knock on the door from Nicky off Pop Idol isn't what you need when you feel like that Scone. Grin

Haha! The irony that I am currently watching that programme about the guy who raises baby kangaroos and I am thinking how beautiful it looks is utterly besides the point!

BookFairy · 02/02/2013 21:02

I watched Thursday's episode earlier and am so surprised that someone has actually made the move!

MunchkinsMumof2 · 04/02/2013 09:20

Morning all, dh is laughing that we all 'discuss' all the wdu people on here every morning Blush

SomeBear · 04/02/2013 09:23

Morning all! Another family leaving an older daughter behind... hmm. And how do you spell the younger daughter's name, do you think?

northender · 04/02/2013 09:24

I remember this family from before.

MunchkinsMumof2 · 04/02/2013 09:26

Do you think it's Eunice?

Lollybrolly · 04/02/2013 09:28

thats a bit of a spanner - no school chefs.

FatimaLovesBread · 04/02/2013 09:29

I'm watching, need to catch up on last week.
If he's a school lab technician and she's a school chef then how have they managed to get £300k+ to buy a house with no mortgage? I'm doing something wrong

MunchkinsMumof2 · 04/02/2013 09:30

Or maybe Innes?

Lollybrolly · 04/02/2013 09:30

Big gap in chef work as well - school lunches - 5 star hotel!! Hmm

SomeBear · 04/02/2013 09:31

Oh, it might be Eunice. The family don't seem to have researched the job front too well - mum seemed surprised not to be able to work in a school. Confused

northender · 04/02/2013 09:32

I thought that Fatima. It must be inheritance surely?

FatimaLovesBread · 04/02/2013 09:35

Must be, unless they bought their house v cheap and paid off their mortgage quickly

FatimaLovesBread · 04/02/2013 09:36

The young daughter's a bit grumpy

MortifiedAdams · 04/02/2013 09:37

Definetly pronounicing it 'Eenis' - maybe they are just mis-pronouncing Innes.

Lollybrolly · 04/02/2013 09:37

I was thinking the same Fatima

annh · 04/02/2013 09:44

Just seen on her cards, it is spelled Enis.
