The staff called the clients LTBs (lying thieving bastards)

Sickening stuff but im sad to say im not really surprised. This is what happens when you put profit over supporting people

A4e etc as part of their pitch for the job had to list all the local charities they would use for disability knowledge.

They phoned a pile of these outside support organisations - loads knew nothing about it, loads had had no referrals. They had just been used to make the big companies bids look better

A4e have form for using charities to boost their own credentials. Bastards.
