You're probably right with your diagnosis Laal. Spill cup of tea/complain of tiredness in a soap environment = brain tumour. As sure as Thursday follows Wednesday. I'd put money on it. Though they might break with convention and go for epilepsy or MS I suppose. That would catch us all out.

Yes, I expect Brenda will have a brain tumor.

It all happened so quickly. One absence in the morning and the next shes spilling tea on the baby. Is that believable? I have no idea really but its certainly odd.

And right after her "night of passion" :o with Bob. That man must be a machine.

I've never seen Emmerdale but this thread makes me want to! :o

They've not had anyone with early onset dementia yet in Emmerdale as far as I can remember. So maybe it's that. Or motor neurone disease. Maybe they'll skip the boring old brain tumour and go for something more exotic? Or a very allergy to Bob's willy perhaps?

Yotamsrazor · 27/02/2013 10:29

That's should read < a very bad allergy to Bob's willy>

SPOILER ALERT:

It's a brain tumour according to Digital Spy. Yawnnnnn.

Thwarted you make a good point.

Cheerful, you should give it a go :) Just wait a few weeks though because as you can tell by this thread, at present it is full of very boring/annoying/badly acted characters stuck in a quagmire of implausible, ridiculous plots and it's all got a bit tedious. It might put you off if you watch for the first time while it's going through this phase.

Yay, go Sam (please Emmerdale, let them be happy)

I don't know if it's available anywhere here. Sounds ace though... I love cheesy soaps. My favorite here was One Life to Live, which went off the air recently after 43 years. I didn't watch it much but just knowing it was there if I WANTED to was comforting.

Double awwww, Thwarted! Aren't they lovely together?

And there was Brenda self-diagnosing her own tumour with Nikhil's DK Family Medical Encyclopaedia - arf.

Time to use the hospital room scenery again...it comes out a couple of times a year.

Watch for the sterile environment medical apron off or on continuity cock-ups! That was another thread about three months ago. Grin

Do people really fancy David? I think he's a soft touch with weasel like features.

Thank God Sam & Rachel have seen the light. The amount of crossed wires and mis-read signals was getting ridiculous.
Yup, Brenda's tumour heralds the wheeling out of the Emmerdale hospital props. Think it was Amy's Mum who last had a turn. Will keep an eye out for crap continuity - I'm terribly unobservant with stuff like that. I think David is a nice looking guy (not as lovely as Nikhil to look at though, imo) but as wet as flood warning. He just can't EVER find the 'right time' to say what he needs to say.

Sam and Amy move in together vair soon

They are cute aren't they? I think he is by far the best actor on Emmers Smile

A Sam and Amy pairing would be hilarious though I'm sure Grin

Grin At Ashley and Edna getting it together! It seems annoying vet woman is annoying the other fictional characters in the village as well as us viewers now!

What about Brenda driving her car into the wall this evening. When Genny went to grab baby Molly from out of the back even my DP raised an eyebrow and said, "as if the baby is going to be hurt, she must have only been doing about 5mph."

In answer to a previous question, David is pretty cute, not my ultimate fantasy or anything but pickings are rather slim in Emmerdale at the moment. Nikhil's a bit too clean cut for me. Cain is definitely my favourite. I was a big fan of Carl King and John Barton until they both got deaded. In fact, I may have to go off and google image search them both to remind me that there used to be a bit of totty in the Dales once upon a time.

DP said the exact same thing :o

I suppose Genny didnt really see the crash but it was all a bit hysterical.
